Cardano is my favourite crypto project and its potential is immense. 3-5 USD this year sounds very likely and I expect it to reach around 8-10 USD at the peak of this market cycle (assuming it will peak around mid 2022). It's definitely worth keeping an eye one the projects within Cardano ecosystem. You've mentioned OccamFi but also CardStarter, Charli3, COTI and upcoming SundaeSwap. Especially as all of them (except Charli3) are considerably down from their peak prices earlier this year.
